Hareline Pintail Flank Feathers Fly Tying

Hareline Pintail Flank Feathers are an excellent choice for fly-tying material, particularly well-suited for wet flies and spey flies. Resembling the coloration of teal feathers, these pintail flank feathers feature long fibers and distinctive dark barring. They are darker and more barred than mallard feathers but lighter than Gadwall, making them perfect for various wet fly patterns. These versatile feathers also pair seamlessly with other wing materials, adding depth and realism to your flies.
